We could all use a good guided meditation… meditating on your own (whether you are new or experienced) can be challenging. Experience a new type of meditation in a group setting that will leave you feeling more connected to your own internal experience and those around you.

This deep dive into your body will empower you with the tools to clear yourself of stress so you can feel fully alive. Your body is designed to process stress, you’ve just forgotten how.
