Somatic Breathwork is a hard reset for your nervous system, but that doesn’t mean that it’s a "one and done" type of experience. We’ve found that only by experiencing multiple sessions can individuals truly unlock the power of Somatic Breathwork.
1st session - introduction to the breath and begin to feel what you need to release.
2nd session - now that you understand the breath, take your session a layer deeper and push through the walls of resistance that held you back in your first session
3rd session - this is where the magic happens - fully commit to the breath and give yourself permission to fully express what's no longer serving you
Commit to your healing. Tell your body that you are committed to your health and well-being. You are what you repeatedly do, not what you do sometimes.
