Welcome to The Exhale Boise Community! We are so grateful you found us.

We are changing the narrative for men. It takes strength, courage, and willingness to feel your emotions. This is a space for the men in our community to be seen and heard.

It’s time to step into your potential as a strong and embodied man with others who are doing the same.

Somatic Breathwork is a new modality to the Treasure Valley that deeply connects you with your body, your emotions, and your sensations. Traditional talk therapy works with the mind whereas Somatic Breathwork helps you connect with the intelligence of your body.

Your breath may be the most under-rated, yet effective tool for helping you feel more calm and composed through stressful moments. By consciously using your breath, you can completely transform how you feel.

Before a session, people have expressed feeling disconnected from themselves, anxious, depressed, or unsure of how to express their emotions in a healthy way.

During a session, we use deep rhythmic breathing to release stress, unprocessed emotions, or potential trauma from your body. When you clear out stuck emotions, you become mentally, physically, and spiritually clear.

After a session, people often experience feelings of deep purpose, re-connection to themselves, and overflowing gratitude for this gift of life. This is your space to clear out the cobwebs of the past so you can be more present through each moment you are in.
