Hear From Our Clients

“Most addiction is rooted in trauma. Somatic Breathwork allows our clients to open up without having to verbalize their trauma. It lets a lot of their walls down.”

Luke Cuccia

Co-owner of Eagle Creek Ranch

The Impact

“Living in fight or flight was normal for me - which led to addiction and incarceration. Breathwork has helped me realize what the purpose of life is. I experienced tears of joy in my session because I was able to connect with myself in ways I’d never experienced before.”

- Dylan Mason

“I’ve been in recovery for 12 years and breathwork has been the door that opened a whole new reality for me. I feel connected to my body for the first time ever. If you’re in recovery, just know that breathwork opens doors that other things don’t open.”

- Jeremy Beasley

Testimonials

  • “My experience this last time was very powerful and eye opening. It’s helped me realize that I have been so hard on myself in some ways and has helped me take a step back while providing more grace and acceptance of where I am at in life. Which is huge.

Throughout this process I have realized I am not alone and also that not everything is about me. And that is a beautiful lesson in itself.”

    Dylan Mason

  • “It was an extraordinary experience. I truly felt supported during my journey. You are a graceful facilitator and provide an environment for people to thrive.”
    Jerri Mizrahi

  • “I really enjoyed the session. I am glad I didn't "force" any sort of release during the session....just allowed me to take it at my own pace and honor what I was feeling...in that moment.”
    Cara Gilligan

  • "I had a profound experience where I was sitting with my deeply wounded inner child. During this experience, Mariah held me in my sorrow. She guided me through, helping me find the light, she sat with my inner little girl who didn’t believe anyone saw her. I’m grateful she was a steward over this experience and was the one to safely remind me to lean in to where the breath was bringing me - back home.”
    Kelsie Earl
