90 minute session
LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE

Welcome to The Exhale Boise Community! We are so grateful you found us.

This pop-up event is a full Somatic Breathwork experience – if you sign up, show up! Space is limited.

Somatic Breathwork is a new modality to the Treasure Valley that deeply connects you with your body, your emotions, and your sensations. Traditional talk therapy works with the mind whereas Somatic Breathwork helps you connect with the intelligence of your body.

Your breath may be the most underrated, yet effective tool for helping you feel more calm and composed through stressful moments. By consciously using your breath, you can completely transform how you feel.

Before a session, people have expressed feeling disconnected from themselves, anxious, depressed, or unsure of how to express their emotions in a healthy way.

During a session, we use deep rhythmic breathing to release stress, unprocessed emotions, or potential trauma from your body. When you clear out stuck emotions, you become mentally, physically, and spiritually clear.

After a session, people often experience feelings of deep purpose, re-connection with themselves, and overflowing gratitude for this gift of life. This is your space to clear out the cobwebs of the past so you can be more present through each moment you are in.
