You are an onion!!!

You’ve got layers… helpful layers, unhelpful layers

The work of discovering your potential lies in releasing everything that is not you.

How do we do that?

1. How do you want to feel?
2. Do you have ways of regularly experiencing that feeling?

We’ve become so mind-centered…

And that’s not how we were designed.

Your body holds an intelligence for moving stress through your system that your mind alone is incapable of.

Now, more than ever we have to consciously choose to find ways to get into the body.

Do you have body-centered practices?

This could look like:
🌟 somatic breathwork - emotional expression
🌟 movement - running, walking, dancing, jump roping
🌟 creativity - working with you hands, singing, making music

What helps you get into your body?

Our free daily practice is a beautiful way to get into your body. Click the link in our bio to download yours today 🩵

How committed are you to your growth?

Let your consistency be the answer to that question.

Your body changes slowly.
Your patterns change slowly.

Let your growth be a long term commitment that you pursue each day.

The most common question we get is…

“How often should I come to a session?”

The answer is unque for everyone… but here are some ways to check-in with yourself to know if you are overdue for a session.

Get ready for an honest and curious check-in with your full being:

✅ Body Check-In
- How does your body feel?
- Do you feel areas of tension, tightness, or pain?
- Sensation in your body is one of the first signs you are carrying unprocessed stress or emotions.

✅ Emotional Check-In
- Are there emotions you haven’t let yourself feel?
- Maybe a recent situation brought up sadness, anger, or frustration… Did you let yourself feel it? Or did you push it down & move on?
- Unprocessed emotions don’t just go away. They get stuck in your body & create pressure until you feel them.

✅ Mental Check-In
- Are you experiencing repeating thought patterns?
- Is there a story in your mind that is holding you back?
- Your thoughts are a direct reflection of the state of your body. Repeating thoughts & limiting beliefs are a sign of prressure in your body.

How are you feeling in your mind, body, and emotional self?

Learn the signs of built up pressure and take control of your well-being today.

This is your invitation to give your body what it needs at an upcoming event.

Remember what it feels like to feel good 😌

Play. Love. Purpose. Gratitude.

These are all feelings we connect with in our sessions.

The more often we remember how elevated emotions feel, the more they become a part of who we are.

How often do you let yourself play?

Remember who you are.
Remember how you want to feel.
Remember what you came here to do.

We all feel & go through so much.

Today we share a moment with a client where she experienced a deep somatic release through crying.

This expression moved stagnant energy through her body & freed up space to feel more clarity, purpose, and connection.

Our somatic breathwork sessions are a space for you to let go of the weight you are carrying so you can embody your potential in life.

Sometimes we don’t realize how much we are carrying until we set it down.

This is your sign to breathe deep & release what is no longer serving you. We will support you along the way at one of our group sessions 🩵

Somatic Breathwork is a direct experience of healing and transformation. Your body is designed to naturally grow through stress. Without this natural stress release, the pressure builds and suppresses your potential in life. Through simple breath techniques, you will engage your natural ability to clear yourself of stress so you can receive more clarity and purpose.

You will be lying down with your eyes closed for the duration of the 60-minute breathwork session. Our team of trauma-informed practitioners will guide you through verbal cues, intentional music, and optional hands-on touch. Somatic breathwork is designed to be uncomfortable - you may feel emotions or sensations that you haven’t felt before and you are encouraged to feel them fully. You may leave your session feeling a deep connection with yourself and your potential in life.

Your body changes slowly - the key to your practice is consistency. It’s normal to experience resistance to your practice because it can be uncomfortable. We encourage you to listen to your body as your guide for how often to experience a full session but to not let resistance hold you back. Some people come weekly while others come monthly. As you progress in your journey, we encourage you to use somatic breathwork regularly as a preventative tool so that stress doesn’t accumulate in your body.

Somatic breathwork is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your physician(s). Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their physician(s).

Not all breathwork is created equal. Though other types of breathwork may be called “somatic breathwork”, the facilitators may not be formally trained or trauma-informed. Somatic Breathwork is a deeply vulnerable experience which is why all facilitators with Exhale Boise are required to be certified and trauma informed. We prioritize creating a professional, safe, and supportive environment that will provide you the tools and resources needed to safely navigate your breathwork journey.

Testimonials

  • “My experience this last time was very powerful and eye opening. It’s helped me realize that I have been so hard on myself in some ways and has helped me take a step back while providing more grace and acceptance of where I am at in life. Which is huge.

Throughout this process I have realized I am not alone and also that not everything is about me. And that is a beautiful lesson in itself.”

    Dylan Mason

  • “It was an extraordinary experience. I truly felt supported during my journey. You are a graceful facilitator and provide an environment for people to thrive.”
    Jerri Mizrahi

  • “I really enjoyed the session. I am glad I didn't "force" any sort of release during the session....just allowed me to take it at my own pace and honor what I was feeling...in that moment.”
    Cara Gilligan

  • "I had a profound experience where I was sitting with my deeply wounded inner child. During this experience, Mariah held me in my sorrow. She guided me through, helping me find the light, she sat with my inner little girl who didn’t believe anyone saw her. I’m grateful she was a steward over this experience and was the one to safely remind me to lean in to where the breath was bringing me - back home.”
    Kelsie Earl
