Private Sessions

Private 1:1 Session

Are you looking to dive deeper into your Somatic Breathwork journey?

Private sessions are a space to help you find the answers within yourself through pre-session and post-session clarity calls, individualized journal prompts, and a breathwork session that is tailored to your intention. Private sessions are offered online and in-person.

Pre-Session Clarity Call

The intention of this call is to answer any questions or concerns you may have about Somatic Breathwork. This is a time to connect with your practitioner and discuss where you are currently at in life and what you are hoping to get from your session. This is a great time to set an intention for your session - how do you want to feel? What do you want to receive?

90-Minute Private Session

Your private session is tailored to you and your intention. This experience is an opportunity for you to go deeper into whatever is holding you back from feeling and embodying your intention.

Post-Session Integration Call

An integration call will give you the opportunity to share your experience, ask any questions, and discuss how to move forward with Somatic Breathwork sessions. Your practitioner may provide you with personalized journaling prompts to help you process your experience into your daily life.

To schedule a 1:1 session please pick your practitioner of choice and view their calendar to select a date and time. After that your practitioner will reach out to set up your pre-session clarity call.

** We are not licensed therapists and are only here to specifically address questions about your Somatic Breathwork sessions. If you need additional processing support and would like a referral to a local licensed therapist, Exhale Boise has resources for you. Please ask your practitioner for a referral.
