Join us every 4th Sunday at 11am for Self-Care Sunday

2-hour event
LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE

We’re putting in some WORK this Self-Care Sunday by…

  1. Reflecting on where you are and who you want to be through guided meditation with XPAND
  • Where are you currently at? How do you feel?
  • Who do you want to become? What does your potential look like?

2. Releasing what is no longer serving you through Somatic Breathwork with EXHALE BOISE

  • Let go of the things that are holding you back from your potential
  • Clearly see and feel how you WANT to feel – fill yourself up with love, gratitude, and clarity

3. Redefining your comfort zone through cold exposure with COLD COWBOY CLUB

  • Where in your life do you keep yourself stuck?
  • Find the edges of your comfort zone and expand the box you put yourself in

Self-care isn’t always easy. That’s why we’ve tailed the ULTIMATE Self-Care Sunday experience for you to understand where you’ve been, where you’re at, and where you’re headed.

What is your INTENTION?

Where are you focusing your ATTENTION?

These answers will become clear at our event this weekend. Self-care can look so many ways. With us, self-care looks like putting yourself in uncomfortable situations so you can learn about yourself.

No prior experience is needed. Exhale Boise, XPAND, and the Cold Cowboy Club are here to guide you through the entire experience.

You will be supported by a community of likeminded individuals who prioritize their well-being so they can show up more fully and clearly in the world! Come ready to experience transformation and connection.

We can’t wait to connect with you at this community wellness event.
